Welcome to Harwich Housing Authority

The Harwich Housing Authority is under a Management Agreement with The Chatham Housing Authority, sharing office space located at 240 Crowell Road, Chatham, MA. The mission of the Harwich Housing Authority is to provide affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing.  We strive to create an environment that enables residents to live responsibly and with dignity.    The HHA was organized and exists pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 121B, Section 3, and is composed of a 5-member Board of Commissioners responsible for policy-making and general administration of the Housing Authority. Eligibility for housing subsidized through the Harwich Housing Authority is governed by rules and regulations promulgated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Please complete the CHAMP Application which includes Public Housing, AHVP, MRVP Mobile and Project-Based selections.  The CHAMP Application is found under "Resources".
